| Welcome to 21 Days Transformation. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, everyone shall benefit from loving ourselves that bit more. It takes 21 days to establish a new habit, so let us take the first step. |
Congratulations on embracing your Power Within, your GOD-Created True BE-ing. Unfortunately this earthsuit we inhabit to be able to operate on the planet, and in higher dimensions, does not come with a user's manual. So we have to figure things out by ourselves. Sometimes along The Way though, The Way of Perfection, we get a "Move forward 7 blocks without stopping" booster card and the Developing Breath is just that. A chance to develop ourselves by the gift of breath. A chance to ignite our energy centres into full operation, manifest Transformation and at the end we get a gold star! A real one :-) Just above our crowns is an eighth energy centre - a golden one.
Through the next 21 days we are going to develop each energy centre one-by-one spending three days on the first one then 3 more days on the first and second, then 3 more days on the first to third and so on. Each three days we shall develop up to the next centre until we have developed the top centre in the dome of the skull which opens up our alchemist basket, our 1000 petal lotus, our pearly white crown to let in the Golden Light from our personal I AM/ Unity/ Christ/ Buddha Energy Centre just above the head, into all our energy centres uniting them all as one rod of power, one staff of brilliance, our Tree of Life established, switched on and with a Golden Star at the top.
Sounds a bit like a Christmas tree, hey? Well yes, that was the original symbolic meaning of the tree but people forget easily.
You should also know that this information is universal. In Islam the teachings are under the theme The Tree Of Life, and so in Judaism, Christianity and many cultures around the planet has the Knowledge of The Tree Of Life but not many remember the practical application of it. This was different before. The Prophets of GOD taught the Knowledge. Today we have the symbols but not the lessons. Jacob (Jacoob) taught this Knowledge as the Angels walking up and down the ladder reaching up to the Gateway to Heaven. Moses (Musa) taught this Knowledge as one's snake which has to be risen up one's staff. People where healed during the Israelites' journey through the desert to the Promised Land by raising their snakes up their power-staffs. They also received white manna enough for each day by filling their baskets. Joseph (Yusuf) taught this Knowledge by his rainbow coloured coat. And Jesus (Isa) taught this to his Apostles, "The son of Man has to be raised up." Peace be upon all of the Prophets and Messengers of GOD. These are the less obvious examples. I do not have to mention the Eastern origins because people are familiar with them.
I suggest you do your own research on the energy centres (chakras) as we progress, or afterwards, as you continue with the Developing Breath after the 21 Days Transformation. After a year of applying Developing Breath your life will have changed, been Transformed, to your Highest Possible Level of Conscious Living for that time of your Life. That said, after 1 time of doing the breathing you shall experience benefits. But we are in it for the long haul. Just like a physical body transformation is a year-by-year goal reconfigured yearly or at intervals, just so we embark on a self-love journey with our most essential commodity, and free too - BREATH! These 21 Days shall ease you into it and then to be sustained by you, for you - for All.
Introduction to the seven worlds we live in, presented by the seven energy centres in the body:
In commencing the development of the centres you must start
at the lowest one at the bottom of the spine. For the purpose of applying the Developing Breath you only need to know their location.
Number: Colour: Location: Glands:
No 1 – Red – Bottom of spine, at the end of the coccyx; adrenals.
No 2 – Orange – In the small of the back, opposite the navel; testes/ovaries.
No 3 – Yellow – Solar Plexus, in the middle of the back; pancreas.
No 4 – Green – Between the shoulders, in line with the Heart; thymus.
No 5 – Blue – Behind the throat at the base of the skull; thyroid.
No 6 – Mauve – In the forehead between the eyes; pituary.
No 7 – White (Indigo on pic above, but we work with white as white is the combination of all the colours below.) – At the dome of the head, pineal.
No 2 – Orange – In the small of the back, opposite the navel; testes/ovaries.

- Number of petals in the 1st 6 centres = 144 & the 7th = 1000 = 144 000
- Balance energy centres then IDA and PINGALA become equal and opposite; electromagnetic energies in body cancel out = pure Peacefulness.
- Previously diffused bodily energy becomes directional, resulting in surge of energy, producing LIGHT.
- – Thus Child of GOD manifests LIGHT OF GOD. "I Am The Light."
- – ONE OF THOSE WHO CHOSE TO LISTEN WITH 144000 ON HIS/HER FOREHEAD. "This is my Beloved Child in whom I am well pleased."
Each centre represents a different vibration, and each has its own colour as represented in the spectrum, commencing with red at the bottom of the spine and ending with white at the top of the head, where all the colours merge into one. The seven colours in rotation are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, mauve, white. They represent the Seven Centres, representing the Seven Bodies, which represent the Seven Planes of Consciousness. Even the highest Plane of Substance you have within you, although at present you are not aware of it. Through these centres you have an affinity to every part of the Universe, including the Supreme Consciousness of GOD. (Murdo Macdonald-Bayne.)
Before we commence with today's Developing Breath explanation, the exercise to be done on the 7th, 8th and 9th of January, let us hear from Andrew, one of the Apostles of Jesus, as he explains the seven worlds we live in, represented inside us by the seven energy centres.
THE SEVEN WORLDS WE LIVE IN

Suddenly Nahanee stopped and looked up at him in confusion and
dismay. “My dearest, there can’t be seven worlds. There is only one, this one.”
And she stamped her foot for emphasis on the ground beneath her foot.
He pulled her down to rest in his arms against a fallen log. “A
clever brave in the east far over the water once said, ‘As above, so below’.”
She jerked from his arms to sit erect and stare at him. “That was
credited to Hermes! What do you know of Greek heroes?”
“I met him in a book.” He pulled her back beside him. “And since he
was a clever brave, as I have said, I will adopt his system of analogy. I will
speak of seven colors. Have you heard of the earth spitting fire and melted
rock?”
“If you mean a volcano erupting lava, yes, but what has that to do
with colors? Oh,” she answered her own question, “you, too, are a clever brave.
Lava flows red.”
“Clever yourself,” he smiled. “Red is the first color. The second is
orange, the color of sand.”
“Perhaps on your beaches. It is dun colored in England.”
He ignored the disclaimer. “We now have red and orange. The next
color is yellow, the color of fish in a pond.” Susan raised skeptical eyes to
his face but remained silent so he went on. “The next color is green, the color
of plants and algae.”
This time Susan broke into speech. “Yush, I hate scum. There always
was some in our pond no matter what the gardener did about it. Father called it
algae and for your information I do not like that sickly green color.”
“Think of a water lily, then” he advised, “that is a true green. Now
we come to water which is blue reflecting the color of the sky, then violet as
in a fog.”
“I never have seen a violet fog,” Susan objected, twisting the
fringe of his buckskin belt. “I had thought fogs were uniformly grayish.”
“Not this fog. It is violet. I will show you sometime when the sky
is right. At dawning, when clouds abound in the right amount with the right
amount of fog, the sun shines through them, tinging the sky violet pink. Trust
me, you shall see for yourself. Next we come to white, this is the color of the
wind.”
“Pooh,” said his loving wife, “everyone knows the wind is
colorless.”
“Not everyone is so persuaded. So we come to the last color, gold.
This is the golden effulgence of the sun that warms the earth.”
Susan glanced overhead where the sunlight danced through the
shifting leaves. “It is hard to describe the color of the sun but I will accept
a golden hue and perhaps a violet fog, I shall have to see that to believe it,
but the wind, fish and sand, those colors are iffy in my mind.”
He laughed. “Purist. Probably my analogy stretches an inflexible
mind.”
Susan’s answer was an indignant glare.
He laughed again and went on. “We have established seven colors from
seven donors, red-rock, orange-sand, yellow-fish, green-plant, blue-water,
violet-fog, white-wind, gold-sun. Consider then, these represent seven layers
of expression through which the Great Spirit, represented by the gold from the
sun, penetrates. In my analogy, the heat from the sun creates the wind that
creates the fog that ripples the water that feeds the plants in the pond that
abounds with fish that eat the algae while their movements stir the water to
lap the shore of sand that came from weathered rock. Do you see the pattern?”
“No,” said Susan firmly.
“The pattern is density. The sunlight passes freely through the air,
a little less light penetrates the fog, still less does it penetrate the water.
There the plants draw it in for sustenance, while the fish eat the plants for
the same reason. At the water’s edge, the sand allows sunlight to penetrate
just below the surface and the rock acquires a surface contact. Yet each
receives of the fire of the Great Spirit and more, the rock reflects back the
light and has the power to transfer heat.”
“Are you saying we are rock with the ability to reflect God’s
goodness and create goodness on our own?”
He hugged her in delight. Susan wriggled free to regard him
seriously. “But what has that to do with seven worlds? Where are they? How do
we know them if our world is physical rock?”
“We know them through contemplation. Directed by the will, the mind
can carry awareness to all realms available to humanity. These realms, or
worlds, are mineral, plant, animal, emotional, mental, soul, and spiritual.
Density, not the emanations of the Great Spirit, is what differentiates between
these worlds. The first three are the densest for here the three dimensions
rule, length, breadth and depth. The fourth, the departure point for either the
land of humans or the land of Divinity, is less dense and each succeeding
dimension is finer than the previous one until at last, in the seventh, form
becomes energy. You follow me?”
“Of course I do not, never having heard this mythology before.”
“It is not mythology. It is a fact,” he contradicted.
“If you say so but to me it is greatly frightening.”
“Why should truth frighten you? Does the changing of the seasons
frighten you? They are no less a fact than the seven worlds.”

BREATHING TO RAISE THE
VIBRATION OF EACH CENTRE:
- For the next three days, 7th, 8th and 9th of January, we shall do the same exercise as is clearly described below.
- I shall post the next lesson on the 9th to commence with on the 10th.

- We shall have two exercise times per day. The first one after sunrise and the second one after sunset.
- To enable breath entering one nostril only gently close the nostril not used with your corresponding pointing finger.
- If you struggle to hold for 16 heartbeats then hold as long as you can.
- This is then something to develop towards.

Thy Love, Wisdom and Power to All Thy children.
Glorify me with Thy Great Healing Power,
Thy Inspired Wisdom and Divine Love,
that I may glorify Thee.
Open my eyes and my ears,
that I may see and hear,
and my mind that I may receive,
so that I may become a better and more perfect instrument
for Thy great and glorious work.
Thy Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.”

4. PRAYER:

Do not say these prayers parrot fashion, make every word
live in you. You will then learn what your words really do. You
must learn not to express a word lightly, because whenever you
express a word you express a form. You must not misuse your
power, for the reaction will be greater than before you gained
this power and understanding. What you hold fast in this plane
is also held in the plane above.
If you progress diligently, it will not be long before real
expansion of consciousness begins. It will no longer be an intellectual
understanding, but a knowing in reality. Remember it is
spiritual development and release from the world of phenomena
that you are seeking, not the control of the forces. This control
comes as a natural sequence when you find your true Consciousness.
When you actually know where your Consciousness is, all
is possible to you. It is not an intellectual knowing, but a knowing
in reality, where all the phenomenal world is objectified to you,
even the spiritual world of phenomena. But all this is only a means
to an end, not the end itself. To know that you are now—God
made manifest—to believe with a faith that cannot be moved
by doubt, anxiety or circumstances, and to act in accordance with
your belief, is to live abundantly; because faith without works
is dead, and work without faith has no life.
When this faith is firmly established deep in your Soul, then
the Light that lighteth the Soul, yea, even the World, will shine
in you; a peace shall come, a knowing that all is well. God is
omnipotence, omniscience, omnipresence, and Love is the only
emotion. God is Love, and moves by Love alone. “I and the Father
are one,” the Master says; you also must proclaim it.

- In case you are a late starter on the 21 Days Transformation then please note it is imperative that you start from Day 1. Also know that you are entering into a agreement with yourself that you shall apply your Power gained from this Transformation only for The Highest Good of All, in Unity and with Love as your guide in every thought, word and deed. This is crucial. I hereby renounce responsibility to anyone who misuses Divine Power for greed or malintent. Also note that this Transformation should be accompanied by your own silent meditation time. It is imperative that we keep our emotions neutral as far as possible and Be Peace, Be Joy, Be Light, Be the only emotion in Reality which is Love ~ for everything we are shall enlarge as our Power increases. The time for angry outbursts are over because a fully ignited and activated Power-BEing, we are transforming into now, may hurt oneself or another when using the Power uncontrolled and without Love and Peace intent.
